Terms of Service

Last updated:
Not investment advice. Not a registered adviser or dealer. InTradingHub is a self-directed software tool that runs mechanical rules and settings you choose. Varity Ventures is not registered as an investment adviser, portfolio manager, or securities dealer with any securities regulator, and does not provide advice that is tailored to your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. Nothing the Service produces — signals, scans, scores, predictions, backtests, or auto-trade actions — is a recommendation by us to buy, sell, or hold any security. All trading decisions and all orders are yours.

1. Acceptance

InTradingHub (the "Service") is operated by Varity Ventures ("we", "us", "our"), located in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory (or your jurisdiction if outside Canada) and legally permitted to open a brokerage account and trade the instruments you configure. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, tax obligations, exchange rules, and brokerage agreements that apply to you. The Service is offered from Canada; it is your responsibility to determine whether your use of it is lawful where you live.

3. What the Service does — and does not do

The Service does not: hold, receive, or move your money or securities; open or operate a brokerage or trading account for you; exercise any discretion over your account beyond the specific rules and limits you set; or guarantee any level of performance, profit, uptime, data accuracy, order execution, or fill price. You may disable auto-trading and remove your broker credentials at any time.

3A. Performance information

Any win-rate, return, drawdown, Sharpe/Sortino, "profit factor" or similar figure shown in the Service or in our marketing is either backtested / hypothetical — derived by applying a rule to historical data with the benefit of hindsight — or is your own recorded or imported result. Backtested and hypothetical results have inherent limitations: they do not reflect actual trading, real order execution, slippage, fees, taxes, liquidity, or the emotional and practical difficulty of following a system, and they are frequently prepared after the fact. Past performance and backtested results do not indicate or guarantee future results. No figure shown is a representation that any user did achieve or will achieve comparable results.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Risk

Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You can lose some or all of your capital. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Automated systems — including this one — can fail, be delayed, place unintended or duplicate orders, miss exits, or act on stale prices; a broker or data outage can occur at any time. Do not enable live auto-trading, and do not trade, with money you cannot afford to lose.

6. Subscription, billing & auto-renewal

Paid access is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. The amount and billing interval are shown to you before you pay and on your billing page. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and your payment method is charged again, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Applicable Canadian sales tax (GST/HST, and QST for Quebec) is calculated at checkout based on your province and added to the price. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer it for a competing product, share your account, or use it for unlawful activity.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with brokers and market-data and payment providers. Their terms and availability are outside our control.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varity Ventures and its operators are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
