Before you write
- Can't sign in? Use the exact username you registered with. Forgot your
password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page — a
reset link is emailed to your registered address (valid 30 minutes).
- Admin page is blank? Your account needs the ADMIN role — email us.
- Auto-trading not firing? Check: master switch on, at least one strategy
selected, a watchlist with symbols, "Server auto-scan" set to an interval, and — for live —
a broker connected and a live trade account chosen.
- Billing: manage or cancel your subscription from the billing page after
signing in.
Common questions
How do I connect Interactive Brokers?
Run the IBKR Client Portal Gateway on the machine that hosts the app and keep it logged in.
Then set the gateway URL in the auto-trade config and arm live.
Does auto-trading work when I'm logged out?
Yes. Once "Server auto-scan" is set to an interval, the server runs scans and exit-checks on
that schedule regardless of whether your browser is open.
How is paper trading kept separate?
Simulated fills are stored in their own table and never appear on the Executed page or in P&L
reports. Live trades require you to pick the brokerage account to book them under.
How do I delete my account?
Email us from your registered address and we'll remove your account and associated data.
