Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to InTradingHub subscriptions, operated by Varity Ventures.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

• New subscriptions: if the Service does not work for you, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment.
• Renewals: renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged in error or contact us within 48 hours of a renewal you didn't intend, we'll review it.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear.

No performance guarantee

Refunds cover the software subscription only. We do not refund, reimburse, or compensate for trading losses, missed trades, broker fees, slippage, or any market outcome. See the Terms of Service.

Email us via the Support page with your account username and the approximate date of the charge.
